This small Florida town located along the South Orange Blossom Trail fascinated me with its curious name, and endless garage sales.
The nearest northerly neighbour is Celebration (Disney’s superficially perfect American Town), however Intercession City has an enchanting social structure that Disney could never manufacture.
As part of an ongoing project, this initial work makes use of environmental portraiture to reveal a sense of both pride and place within Intercession City.
